This is the first time I've posted a positive review for an insurance agent. My previous experiences over the years were let's just say not good. My current agent, Kristian Sinardo at State Farm, New Hartford NY, is nothing short of a stellar performer. He's handled issues for me that were left unresolved for long periods of time. I'd given up hope that they'd ever be fixed. Kristian changed all that. Kristian keeps working the issues and remains in contact until he resolves it. He doesn't pass it off to somebody else or blow you off, he keeps after it until it's resolved. I appreciate his support and everything that he's done to simplify my insurance needs. I highly recommend Neil Campbell - Start Farm, ask for Kristian.
