"Neil and everyone in the office went the “extra mile “ in solving an error in a refund check that was sent to me. It had both my late husband and my name on it and therefore I was unable to cash it. To make a very long story short, they, every one of them, spent hours trying and trying to get this corrected. Needless to say I gave up on it, but they didn’t, and what a pleasant surprise to find a refund check in my mailbox today made out in my name only. When you hear people say “one agent is the same as the next “ Wrong! Neil Campbell State Farm and his Office (family) are the best."

"If you want State Farm Insurance, go through a different agent. I haven't had a problem with State Farm as a company. I went through Neil Campbell for auto and home insurance and I had a nightmare of an experience. I still had a mortgage on the house, and in the terms of the mortgage the bank pays the home insurance out of escrow. I was assured by Neil himself on the phone that Neil was going to take care of everything and be the middle man between my bank and State Farm. Neil did nothing. My escrow got screwed up, a payment that I thought was going to State Farm went to my old insurance that was already canceled and things blew up. It took six months to clean up the mess Neil caused. Every time I interact with Neil, he tells me he is going to take care of things, and he doesn't. Pick a different agent."
